TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

CHANGES TO SERVICES AND PRICES ​

The right is reserved to modify or discontinue any services at any time. If a service has been purchased or a gift card received prior to such changes, the original service will still be provided.

Prices for services may change without notice. If a service has been scheduled before a price change, the old price will apply. The service price will be communicated at the time of scheduling or purchase.

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULINGS AND CANCELLATIONS
 

Refunds are not available after a service has been provided.

Rescheduling is possible without complications up to 24 hours before the appointment. For extraordinary circumstances requiring rescheduling within 24 hours (especially after 10pm the day before the session), please contact Nastja as soon as possible. Rescheduling on the day of the session is not possible (except in some extraordinary circumstances) ; if there is a no-show, the service needs to be paid in full.

Cancellations can be made without complications 3 days before the booked session date. If the payment was completed in advance, a full refund will be returned to you. For cancellations made 48-24 hours before the appointment, 50% of the service fee will be charged. For short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours), the service needs to be paid in full. If you only need to reschedule (and not cancel), please refer to the paragraph above.

PAYMENTS
 

For individuals: payment must be completed within 5 days after the service is provided or after the appointment. Business bank details and an invoice will be shared with you. Cash payment is accepted for in-person meetings, and the invoice sent to you after the session. 

For organizations: payments must be completed within 30 days. Business bank details and an invoice will be shared with you.

GIFT CARDS 
 

Gift cards are available upon request for all published services. They can be personalized or non-personalized and will be sent via email or another communication channel within 48 hours of payment. If the gift card recipient cannot or does not wish to use the gift card, it can be transferred to another person with prior discussion. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue. If services change or are removed in the meantime, the service will still be provided to the gift card holder.
