THE SESSION
Think of me as your Space Holding Midwife. Holding space for you during cycles of death and (re)birth, releases and expansions.
Most people seek me when they are in transition spaces, when they are ready to release (something) old and step into the new. Sometimes we don't know what is next - we are in this uncomfortable space in-between (the limbo) when old selves and old structures and beliefs are dying and new possibilities are not clear yet. Sometimes we sense where we are going but there is still something from the past holding us back. Sometimes we just need to release - be it (unprocessed) emotions, sensations, beliefs, freeze states ... Othertimes we already released and purged and healed and we are truly ready to level-up.
I believe human life flows in cycles, just as nature and the cosmos do. And each cycle has a purpose. We die and are born more than just once. There are cycles we love and cycles we would rather avoid. But who are we to doubt the cycles of life, no matter how uncomfortable they feel.
I draw from my background in psychology, Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté’s trauma-informed somatic psychotherapeutic approach), the Internal Family System model (Dr. Richard Schwartz's psychotherapeutic approach, working with Parts/masks and the Self/true essence) and ICF Wellbeing Coaching - while staying rooted in my own inner guidance.
As a bridge between mind (psychology) - body (somatics) - and spirit (energetics), I use a somatic non-invasive approach in my sessions. As a somatic practitioner and kundalini & tantra yoga teacher; somatics meets energetics.
These sessions are not about fixing. They are about meeting yourself — with presence, honesty, and reverence.
Together, we create a space where the body can speak, the psyche can unfold, and the soul can remember.
"In my self-exploration and healing journey, I've tried different therapeutic, coaching, nervous system regulation and energy healing modalities. Even though I am someone who gets a lot of satisfaction by connecting the psychological dots in the mind, the true breakthrough happened when I began somatically working with the body. I learned first-hand that emotions, stress and trauma really are stored in the body, and that the body holds more memories than the conscious mind remembers. But what is body if not energy. What are emotions (e-motions) if not energy that should be in motion.

Each session is a deep, intuitive process that weaves together:

Psychology (Mind) — exploring patterns, limiting beliefs, and stories that hold you back.

Somatic Wisdom (Body) — connecting with the intelligence of the body, guiding it to release stored tension, freeze states, or old emotions.

Energetic Alignment (Soul) — working with subtle energy and presence, allowing your natural flow and vitality to return.
It is not a technique or a formula — it is a co-creation, meeting what is alive in you at this moment: an emotion that wants to be felt, a sensation that holds a story, or an intuitive insight that shifts everything.

Mind (Psychology): We gently explore your emotional patterns, limiting beliefs, and unconscious narratives using psychotherapeutic and trauma-informed coaching tools. I incorporate modalities Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems and ICF Coaching.

Body (Somatics): Through body awareness, breath, and somatic techniques, we tune into where emotions and stress are stored in your nervous system. This allows for embodied release and regulation.

Spirit (Energetics): We invite in deeper alignment and connection through energetic practices. Oftentimes the energy release is already in process when working somatically. Breathwork, subtle Kundalini-inspired tools, and intuitive presence. I also work with the chakra system and blockages and can suggest practices from kundalini yoga. In our intro call we will check-in

In this session, we’ll go beyond talk and explore what’s happening in your body. My approach taps into the present physical sensations to release old stress, emotions, and limiting beliefs that may have kept you feeling stuck. How this looks like: throughout our talk, I will invite you to check-in with your body on what's happening there, as emotions/stress are stored in the nervous system/body more than in the mind. Mind is simply trying to make sense of things and create stories - and chasing the mind (without acknowledging what's happening within the body) can keep us in the ongoing loop with limited outcomes. The degree to which a client is comfortable feeling and processing present sensations/emotions is up to the client. Meaning, I can suggest doing some somatic practices together but a client is never forced to take action on them. Often just feeling and acknowledging the present sensation - eg. sadness in the chest - is enough for emotional processing.
With an empathetic presence and strong attunement, I create a supportive space for genuine exploration. In a coaching way, I promise to ask questions to dig deeper into your topic, and help you come to the conclusions and clarity you are seeking.
SESSION INVESTMENT: 80 eur
DURATION: 60min (can be extended to 90min for 120eur)
Sessions are held in ENGLISH or SLOVENIAN.
