I try to use astrology in the least dogmatic way possible and have a heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul conversation with the person in front of me. Throughout the years of providing astrology sessions, I discovered that the true magic doesn't come from trying to channel an overwhelming amount of astro messages, but rather applying astrology to your life and personal experience - to the lifestyle you live or want to live, to the desires and dreams you carry, to the fears that are holding you back. In other words, my astrology sessions have the essence of a psychotherapeutic-coaching conversation mixed with astrological spiritual messages that guide our conversation.

I work with evolutionary and psychological astrology, looking at your soul's evolution and journey in this lifetime. Astrology is a great tool to get (back) in touch with your true essence, your authenticity. This is not a fortune-telling type of session, my role here is not to predict your future but to empower you and support you in understanding yourself at a deeper level. Before the session, I will ask you what topics you would like to focus on more; usually with clients we simply go with the flow and see where the conversation takes us.

For follow-up sessions and deep-dive astro work, I include other formalities in these sessions; I find IFS (Internal Family Systems) to be especially complementary with astrology because in astrology, we also deal with different parts of the self and the relationship between these parts.
